All calculations, interest rates, and loan features (such as LTV ratios, processing fees, or EMI amounts) displayed on this website are estimates based on standard bank offerings and current repo rates. Actual rates, loan sizes, and conditions are determined solely by the underwriting bank during the official application. Easy Home Loan DSA (including partners Pooja Sabharwal and Sahiba Kheterpal) is not liable for any discrepancies between website estimates and the final terms issued by the sanctioning bank.

3. No Service Fee

Our consulting and door-step documentation services are completely free of charge to the loan applicant. We receive referral commissions directly from the sanctioning banks. Please do not make any cash payments or processing fee transfers to individuals claiming to represent Easy Home Loan DSA. All official bank processing fees are paid directly to the bank via crossed checks or official payment links.
